Reverse proxy problem for /.wel-known/* #WORKER #ORANGE #DNS

WorkersHi , HTTP Worker Routes are not triggering on the apex (naked) domain rhinobitcoin.com, but they work correctly on www and other subdomains. Requests to the naked domain bypass the Worker and go directly to the origin.
Worker Route:
rhinobitcoin.com/.well-known/lnurlp/*
or
rhinobitcoin.com/.well-known/lnurlp/
Verified:
DNS records are proxied (orange cloud)
CNAME flattening is disabled
Worker is active and works on other subdomains
No conflicting Page/Redirect Rules
curl shows apex requests do not reach the Worker
Observed behavior:
Naked domain: bypass Worker, origin response returned
Other subdomains: Worker triggers correctly
Test commands:
curl https://www.rhinobitcoin.com/.well-known/lnurlp/treasury
curl https://grafana.rhinobitcoin.com/.well-known/lnurlp/treasury
