Edge certificate and application route not working

I created an application route in my Cloudflare Tunnel called
Because of that, I deleted it and tried another domain:
The problem is that this was just a temporary workaround. We really need to keep our naming convention and use
Now, when I try to create the application route again with that original hostname, the edge certificate doesn’t even show up in the UI anymore.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix this?
