question for account locked and i want a riot dev to be spoken with

My 2 accounts recently got locked earlier for “using third party tools” even though i wasn’t using any. I was in the middle of a game then suddenly i got logged of and it said locked but i didn’t know how. Please i need a dev to chat with ASAP.
