WARNING to anyone with Dev tools or Cheat Engine: False HWID Ban after 3-month hiatus.

Question🛡️Vanguard IssueSolved
I need to share this because Riot Support is completely ignoring hard evidence.

The Context: My PC was off for 3 months (broken monitor). I finally got a new one yesterday, turned on my PC, launched Valorant, and got an immediate VAN 152 HWID Ban.

The Contradiction: Support claims the system detected cheats "being used in-game." However, my Valorant Tracker clearly shows my last match was 3 months ago (Sept 9th). I literally haven't played a single round in months, so "in-game usage" is factually impossible.

The Likely Cause: I have Cheat Engine installed (strictly for offline single-player games) and Python for work. Vanguard likely flagged the driver on startup.

The Support Experience: I've received the exact same copy-paste response from two different agents ("Epiphanyz" and "BlazeFury") refusing to look at the logs or the timeline.

Has anyone successfully appealed a startup ban like this? It's terrifying that you can get permabanned for having software installed while not even playing the game.
