main account falsely permanently suspended (not hwid)

SolvedI just logged onto val today and got disconnected after like 20 mins just for a popup to appear on my riot client saying my account has been permanently suspended due to „third party programs“ i neither use trackers/apps like raw accel or wtv might trigger a ban. I logged onto my other alt to check if i am hardware banned and i am not, i would appreciate any help from support and i am open in proving my innocence
