Game lagging since latest holiday update

Hi guys, my game has been lagging and it shows network problem on top right but it has always been there. and i get like 30 ping on average, lately it has gone to 80 max. but even on 30 ping i would find myself lagging when i am jumping or running around the map, like i will go back a little from where i should have been. packet loss is 0 most of the time. i get around 200-350fps. setup is high end and wifi speed is 120-150mbps.
