Problem to get in the game

Hi I just want to aske am I the only one or can’t I get in the game even when I test every WiFi and it won’t let me in and when it let me in then only for 2 min and it’s on ps5 so pls can someone tell me why I can’t play valorant on ps5 I only get in the loading screen and not in the game I can’t play it so can someone pls tell me what I can do against it I would be really grateful
