Suspecting something is wrong after NVIDIA to AMD GPU swap + rebase

Hello,
Yesterday, swapped from NVIDIA GeForce 3070 Ti to AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT. Followed instructions found online, steps taken:
  1. Swap GPUs
  2. Rebase from bazzite nvidia to bazzite
  3. System Update to remove now-useless nvidia drivers
Irregularities noticed since swap+rebase:
  • Monitors behave as though "resetting/reconnecting" on startup, such as after entering my password. Notably, can no longer see the KDE logo on startup before desktop appears because of this. Secondary monitor (a TV) also resets its picture size to default, forcing me to set it back to native on every system startup. Never happened before.
  • I assume it happened due to the rebase somehow, but had to troubleshoot USB peripherals disconnecting often. Found out it was USB autosuspension after research on here; turned it off, no problem since.
  • Still learning the inside-outs of PCs on my own, so not yet accustomed to logs, but I noticed one of them - OpenGL (EGL) - says something about amdgpu_query_info(ACCEL_WORKING) failed (-13) but unsure if means anything or related.
  • Not sure if this one counts at all, but a couple games I played perform a little worse, which makes me wonder if it's something having gone awry in the rebase.
Something in general just feels off and I was hoping if could ask on here for assistance to point in the right direction while I keep looking out for information and avoid trying to fix it by just reinstalling Bazzite fresh if possible to bypass it. Thank you!
