Getting information Cloudflare CA

Thank you for reading this. I am a bit confused when trying to apply certificates to my hosting service.
I am looking for a 3rd certificate chain, which is the CA and I have tried numerous options that don't seem to work.
I have created edge and server certs, but any combination is rejected. I've already reached out to my hosting provider but they're kind of stumped too.
Does anyone know what the Cloudflare CA is, or at least how do I find that in my account?
