Using two nvme drives

I am a complete bazzite beginner and installed Bazzite on my 2 nvme drives. It seems to group all the available space together, unlike Windows where the separation of drives is more visible.
I tried mounting one of the 2 drives (named the same) because I saw it wasn’t mounted in Dolphin manager. But after doing that it completely broke the install. I can’t download flatpaks or open apps anymore. What is the cause of this?
I already did another install and replicated the mounting to confirm that is indeed what caused the problems. Should I just hide the second drivers in Dolphin so I don’t accidentally click on it?
