I've been playing PUBG on my phone for a long time, but I wanted to try playing it on an emulator on my computer. However, I didn't know there was only one emulator I was allowed to use for PUBG, and I used one I thought was prohibited. Five minutes after logging into my account on the emulator, I got banned for 10 years (7 years left now). I want to get my account back. I hope someone can help me with my problem.
