Bluetooth broken audio

For a lot of ppl now since the new update have had the problem that when playing via bluetooth headphones the sound gets messed up like when u use the audio input and output to the same device. My fix was to turn off vc completely but thats not how to play comp which is why i only do 5 stacks now. Do u guys have any fix without doing what i did? And Riot pls fix this (btw is there any chance to know when they fix it without needing to look for patchnotes daily?) (And sorry for the long text its just how i do it mb)
