DH not working on fabric server after updating client and server to DH 2.4.0, Minecraft 1.21.4

MC 1.21.xUpdated on my client after I got the popup, and the DH chunks stopped appearing on the server. Then I updated it to 2.4 on the server and it's still doing the same thing. Including the distant horizons config for the server as well, sorry for the lack of info
