rocket league game start up problem

after playing for a while without any problems i updated the game since the new rl season, for some reason the game starts now in msaa wich caused the game to freeze on the loading screen. after looking into the files i changed msaa to false and even re downloaded rocket league to reset all settings. after the re download i stil get stuck on the loadingscreen
