Question regarding third party tools

Hello, my valorant has been crashing a lot lately and recently had my account restricted due to “third party tools”. And I’m not a tech person so I have no idea what that meant because I try not to have anything running while I’m playing on my laptop due to frames drop. I was hoping anyone knew what I should/shouldn’t have running.
