Pixelated image on TV

Hey all,

I've recently installed bazzite on my gaming PC and have been very impressed. Truly batteries included as they say.
There has been one weird issue however. When I connect my PC to my TV the image is completely pixelated. This does not happen when connected to a regular monitor. This also does not happen when I connect my Steam Deck to the same TV. When connecting the bazzite PC to another TV the image is also fine.

So it has to be some interaction between bazzite and that specific TV.
I'm using the GNOME home theater image, and am using an intel ARC b570.

What I've tried so far is messing around in the GNOME display settings (resolution, scaling), and Tuner (text rendering settings like anti aliasing) but nothing seems to have a positive impact.
I've also changed just about every TV setting I could find in the menus and admittedly was able to get a reasonable image quality. The most relevant setting was enabling "dot-by-dot" in the display settings. This fixed most of the image except for text which remains very unsharp/pixelated.

My question now is whether anyone knows something else I can try? Because the steam deck+dock is able to display just fine I'm hoping there is some 'special setting' I just don't know about?

Thanks in advance!
