Ping spiking
After playing for few minutes into the match ping randomly raising to 1k+ for the rest of the game. Also on practice range it raises to 1-2k when I'm spawning bots. Win 10, cable internet.

Things I tried:
using only ipv4
network drivers up to date
repaired valorant in settings
added valorant, riot, vanguard related .exe's to firewall
rebooted router
switched to public google and cloudflare dns
tried "netsh interface teredo set state disabled" in cmd
^ restarted pc after every thing I tried
