Scaling issues on 4k TV (Game Mode)

Hey folks, last week I built a new living room gaming PC and installed Bazzite-deck on it (KDE Edition). I've got it hooked up to a 4k TV, and I've been able to configure the steam interface and desktop views to have usable scaling for couch play.
My issue is that when I launch a non-steam game (EmuDeck, Xbox Cloud Gaming) in Game Mode, it is way too small. I'm not sure if there are any settings that can help, but I've not found any so far. Does anyone know of solutions?
