decky really wants me to use my touchscreen

idk why but this has happened for as long as i can remember, i just never cared to fix it

this happened because steam has updated and decky has no idea what to do.
reinstall decky with ujust setup-deckyujust setup-deckyand that will usually fix it since that would grab the newest decky

when you have decky installed it is very important to keep it up to date always
