I need help to improve mechanics

Hey there, I'm ThriftyFlame, an ambitious player in high gold low plat elo. I am a consistent/regular player who has been playing everyday from day 1 and to a point where I also IGL in a premier team (runner ups on Adv 1). I have been told by many diamonds and high plats that I can easily reach diamond-ascendant with my game sense and understanding of textbook valorant, but my mechanics are the prime reason I don't leave gold. I am requesting help from someone who is interested in guiding me to hit my shots, and multiple other mechanical aspects that I lack improvement on. Open to criticism at all times. I am willing to spend 4 hours if needed, 8 hours if needed, so I am saying I am always ready to try my very best and put efforts, but I would love to see if someone is available to help me. If this is not the right place for such a request, please let me know where I can find someone to help me.
