Issues with building project in Rider with mono

I installed Mono and added its execution path in Rider but there is another issue - Rider only sees MSBuild from .net.
I tried looking for its Mono counterpart with

find

find

command but I got nothing.
How do I get .net framework 4.8 projects to actually compile?
