account locked + HWID by mistake
Permanent HWID ban (VAN 152) applied while I was not actively playing.
Last match played on November 13.
Did not log into the game on November 14.
On November 15 (around midnight), my main account was locked; when attempting to launch the game on another account, VAN 152 triggered immediately, before reaching the main menu.
I contacted Riot Support and opened three separate tickets. In all cases, I received standardized, automated replies, without any clear technical explanation, no reference to dates, events, or specific elements that led to the ban, even after formally requesting clarification.
My public tracker (silence#koji) shows around 48% headshot rate. I understand this may appear suspicious at first glance, however the data is public and consistent over time, reflecting gradual improvement rather than a sudden spike. Isolated statistics should not justify a permanent HWID ban, right?
I am respectfully requesting a human review by a developer, as there is a clear inconsistency between the detection timing and any in-game activity. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any additional information needed to clarify this case.
