Valorant quitting by itself

My game starts normally, but during matches it lags badly and sometimes closes/crashes on its own in the middle of the game, even though my internet connection is stable and fast. My ping is usually fine, but the game still freezes or quits unexpectedly
If someone is experiencing the same thing kindly help me with settings thank you
