I need help!!
Last Saturday, I have made a claim through the in game recovery tool.
Last Monday, I have received the following email which I think it’s a fake pubg mobile email address!!!
The email asked me to provide the email address and phone number that I want them to be linked to my stolen account if my claim gets approved!!!
Also, it asked me for the verification codes for both email and phone number!!! And I provided them because I didn’t know and I was happy because it said your claim has been approved.
Another thing, when I use the in game tool to check the status of my claim and when I enter my claim number is says this “ Claim approved. Observation period in progress “
So does that mean my claim is approved?
Please I need answers to my following questions:
As long as I know, when filling my claim, the question where it says provide an email address that I want it to be linked to my account ( if my claim gets approved ), as long as I know this email address should not be linked to any pubg account right? Not even a guest account right?
Please I need help ASAP
