how to undervolt 5800x3d ?

As i understand the pros, why bazzite has a read only filesystem, i need a way to make this https://github.com/svenlange2/Ryzen-5800x3d-linux-undervolting work on my computer.
As we all know, we can't undervolt the 5800X3D CPU in UEFI anymore, as the most vendors disabled it. So in the past i relied on PBO2-Tuner on Windows, built a scheduled task to run the tool.
Now in bazzite i can't. I got the best AM4 CPU for gamers and a OS that is made for gamers. So is there any solution to this? Did not find anything in the bazaar.
The 5800X3D is running pretty hot in Bazzite...
