How to clean up corrupted files in /upload?
I've got what appears to be some corrupt files living in /upload/ (e.g, /data/upload/3ae69f47-7482-4603-a4dc-9435bf4c9b26/a4/f2/a4f227b1-9d00-4541-a63d-0c0abdd73715.MOV) -- there a are 0 byte.
When I run the extract metadata job, errors exist on these files.
What is the process for cleaning these files up properly?
