Legion Go S controller not working properly

Legion Go S controller broken
Been using bazzite on my Legion Go S for a couple weeks now and all has been good, but yesterday I noticed my controller input wasn’t working properly (back buttons not binded, Y, X, Start, and Select buttons didn’t work.)
Checked my steam controller settings and the controller now shows up as two different inputs (as shown in the picture). I can no longer bind my back buttons or change the rgb colors in handheld daemon. I’ve tried factory resetting the controller within hhd, and changing controller emulation mode, but no luck. Anyone know what’s up?
