SteamVR won't transmit video data to my Valve Index. I have a fresh out of the box rtx 5060 ti, and a fresh install of bazzite. The headset is a few years old, and has only displayed blue lights, so it could be the problem. I just want an answer on whether or not its hardware or software because everywhere I look the answer is different on if I need special software to run it.
