Suspended for afk for a 100 years
I was going afk a lot in AP shard due to power cuts in bad weather around August then I go to my uni switch shard to NA play wtih no bans for the whole semester(around 4 months) maybe with like warning for going away for 1-2 round. Now I come back play 2 games in AP shard went afk for 1 round to use the restroom and am banned till 2125. I tried to appeal it but they do not read the issue and just close it saying we don't remove afk bans. I beleive they are not considering my 4 month period in NA shard and just used my AP history and the games i played in NA with no issues did not help with account healing.
Even when I go back my account would be suspended as that was how it was last time.
Is there a way to get it removed now because they ignore the desc in tickets and just close them.
Please help if there is anyone from riot support or dev team.
