Storage Template Migration Faliure

Hi guys, i'm a fairly new user to Immich and overall noob, I noticed that in the upload directory the default structure for asset storage is different to my prior structure from Synology photos.
I've read the Wiki and followed the instructions to enable Storage Template, which i'd just done and run "storage template migration" which briefly ticks over to 1 from 0 but exists in under a second.
I've attached the ML_server logs here as well as the compose file and the environment file. SERVER VERSION - v2.4.1

i've gone back inside immich folder to look at the folder structure and its still the original structure and hasn't updated to the the template format

i stand corrected! i was looking at the wrong folder in immich/upload as opposed to immich/setup/library/admin

its certainly renamed the folder structure to the template
