install licensing dongle drivers on atomic distro
Been experimenting with linux for a few years, and now I am trying to get rid of Windows completely (Win11 is really mind numbingly sh!te). I'd like to use Bazzite/Aurora, BUT, one of the software I use professionally is licensed using a dongle (Reprise) and I can get the driver installation to succeed.
I can get the drivers to work on mutable distros, but it does not work with rpm-ostree. As the software provider does not support dongles on linux, I am on my own here...
I get the following error message:
error: Running %prein for aksusbd: bwrap(/bin/sh): Child process exited with code 7; run
Journalctl says:
rpm-ostree(aksusbd.prein)[10848]: Unsupported Linux distribution
I could not find much help on the web, so any ideas welcome!
