Cannot change from Pro plan to Free plan

I accidentally switched my domain to Pro plan and didn't pay the bill (I didn't even switch the ns server of my domain)
Now i can't switch back or delete the domain
This subscription has previous changes still being processed. Try new changes later.

I waited for a whole week but that didn't help.
