Wobbly walls

Hi everybody!
I have a VC4 - 500 idex with orbiter 2.5 extruder and beacon contact, titanium X gantry.
The prints come with "wobbly walls". I can't understand if it is extrusion or something else.
The material is regular PLA, flow, PA, line width, etc everything calibrated as it should.
As you can see from the pictures, on X axis the wobble is stronger, on Y axis is less prominent but it shows also some slight "line shifting", and i post here an example of a more complex shape.
I already tested for different things:
- flow rate
- PA
- Belt tension
- Input shaper and accelerations
- Extruder gear screw (the one that pops out a little and can make irregular extrusion)
- Filament path
- various Z-offsets
- PID tuning
- Extruder spring

I already went through the whole discord, I can't find anything. Please if you have any input to help me solve this problem it would be really appreciated. And if you need more info just let me know!

Note: both extruders give the exact same result
