Chunks not being sent to clients from server

Forge/NeoforgeUsing version: 2.4.3-b
So, first everything worked as should and I used Chunky to pregenerate chunks. This worked fine, some holes here and there but chunks were visible to clients without problems. Then I ran pregen with DH using "INTERNAL_SERVER" setting with radius of 256 around spawn point. Also I deleted the DH_server_data folder from client. When I joined to the server again, no LODs were loaded at all. So first everything worked and now it doesn't. The console confirmed that the DH pregen is complete but still no chunks on client.
