PC cannot wake when put to sleep

My PC lights won't turn off when sleeping and when trying to wake from sleep, there's no monitor output. I'm trying to follow this guide from one of the posts in this channel:

but the guide calls for GPP0 and GPP8. When I run cat /proc/acpi/wakeup, these are not there
Specs:
Intel i5 10400
RX 6700 XT
Gigabyte B460M Gaming HD
