Valorant lagging

When I open valorant and go in a match like training or team dm , I get alot of input delay on my keyboard and mouse , and then my laptop just lags alott like alot.
Ive already tried most things like disabling HAGS , fullscreen opitmization , reinstalling fully , still happens any help?
