Help! My R2 isn't working

I use R2, which is used by many WordPress websites I've created. My last payment for a completely different service (WordPress Platform Optimization) didn't go through, and my R2 was blocked. I paid and returned to the R2 dashboard, and it says "Your subscription to R2 was previously removed." To access your buckets, please add the R2 subscription back to your account. To check your account's billing status, visit Billing. I checked these settings, but everything is fine. Below, I have the option "Ad R2 subscription to my account," but the screen just refreshes and the same thing happens again. Please help. I need to restore these files as soon as possible.
