screen flickering while wallpaper is black\dark
when changing wallpaper to plain black color(or with some other darker images) some animation cause parts of the screen to flicker
noticed in steam, terminal, full-screen youtube
changing adaptive sync config on monitor or in settings does not help, updating bazzite did not help
