Horizontal screen flickering
I'm a noob, and I just installed Bazzite for the first time. I’ve tried Zorin once before without issues, but since the first boot, I’ve been experiencing weird horizontal lines and screen flickering.
When using 120Hz, I don't experience any flickering, though I did find a way to reduce the flickering significantly by enabling Freesync Pro in my monitor's settings (Gigabyte M28U, 4K, 144Hz). I still experience some flickering, but it happens much less often when Freesync Pro is turned on. I’m having trouble pinpointing the exact cause.
I’ve read that my monitor has the same issue with the PS5, and I’ve experienced very similar symptoms in Windows 11, though it was incredibly rare—only once or twice a month, and for about 3 seconds at a time. I thought I had fixed it by switching out my Displayport cable, and while it did improve things, it didn’t completely solve the issue (I’ve tested 3 different cables). Because of that, I’ve been able to ignore it for the most part. Now it it worse using Bazzite.
I was thinking about creating a custom resolution with a slightly lower value than 144Hz, but I’m not sure how to do that or if it’s the right approach.

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
