Account Reset

hii this is not actually my issue but my friend's.. basically she just opened her valorant.. her level was over 15 and she had card banners yk like a normal account. she even has some friends added. But we dk what happened her account just suddenly resets. Like the whole thing, her levels, her card banners, her friends like nothing at all. She tried closing and opening valorant again but it doesn't work is there a solution to this
