Database help! Re-index media not in database

Hi y'all! I just restored a database dump from many months ago (apparently my database was severely broken for a while) and while that was finally successful, I have a new issue:
- There's a lot of media on the disk that's not indexed and thus doesn't appear in Immich, and
- some database entries point to now deleted media files.
How do I go about fixing these?
