i downloaded bazzite on monday so im a tad new

make sure the parition is unmounted (hence why we suggest the live usb since this is also the system partition)
select the partition and choose edit filesystem

if you cant find that on the live usb, i think gparted is included so you can do the same operation there too if the live environment does not include "Disks"

only thing i can find is similar issues if the disk was part of a raid before and its now being mounted with missing disks from the raid array
