Duel booting, downloaded games not showing up

So I've recently started duel booting pop os with mint. I have 2 drives, a one tb drive where the games are installed, and a 500gb drive I've partitioned into 2 (one for mint one for pop os)
When I'm using mint everything is fine, the system recognizes everything fine and dandy, but on pop os it's not recognizing the downloaded games
Steam does recognize them, and I can just play em, but on heroic it's not letting me
Any ideas on how to fix this so I could play on heroic from pop os?
