Do I need to reinstall Bazzite with Bazzite for AMD GPUs if I switch my Nvidia GPU to AMD GPU?

I'm thinking about changing desktop gaming PC, which has and Nvidia RTX 2060, from Linux Mint to Bazzite and Bazzite apparently has two different version, one for AMD GPUs and another for Nvidia GPU. I'm planning on upgrading my existing Nvidia card to AMD Radeon RX 9060 some time early 2026 but if I switch from Linux Mint to Bazzite right now, I'd have to go for the Nvidia version of Bazzite and I don't want to have to reinstall Bazzite into the AMD version by the time I upgrade.
