Gets stuck at initial backup

Just installed immich 2 days ago on a pi4 8gb in docker (backing up on a 2tb usb ssd). Initially it worked fine and started backing up but hot stuck at a certain number. So I reinstalled the app and it seemed to have gotten further but still got stuck...
Any clues?
