Game stutters but high FPS and stable Ping

Hello, after a year I started playing again but the game is behaving really weird. Especially when I do alot of inputs like jiggle peeking I get teleported a bit offset and the overall game feels stuttery.
I get constant 160-170 FPS and my ping and packet loss is very good.
Just the network jitter graph jumps between 2 and 5 ms.
Valorant is the only game ive been experiencing this and also 170 fps in Valorant feels way laggier than 100 FPS in other games for some reason.
I tried countless different fixes and networks and none of them work.
