Disconnected because of ISP maintenance

Idk if this is the right place to put this but I just wanted to mention to riot devs that it isn't my fault that I disconnected in the middle of the game. Because believe me, I ain't that type of person who rage quits or just leaves mid-game out of boredom. My ISP had a network maintenance and I couldn't connect to the game for the remaining of the time and I know that my account is recently flagged due to queue dodging, but afk-ing this match isn't my fault. So if it's a queue ban up to 7 days, I'll just take it without any complains. But if it's an actual ban from the entire game on this account then I seriously need you to consider it because I spent tons of money on this game and if this account gets banned I'd lose my hope to continue playing it even with my alt.
