Cannot configure mouse extra buttons.

I want to un-bind middle-click as paste. Unfortunately I cannot add, change or reset the bindings on the Extra Mouse Buttons page. Any help?

Middle click is not considered an "extra button", that's mouse4 and up.
To disable paste on middle click there's a checkbox for it under General Behaviour:
Middle-click: Pastes selected text
