L298N motor driver issue

Guys, I need help. The L298N motor driver is driving me crazy. I’m using two L-shaped TT motors. When I connect them through the ESP32, they only make a buzzing sound, but when I connect the motors directly to the power supply, they work perfectly.

I'm trying to control them via PWM
