manager loses track of mod state
ive been trying to turn some mods on and off to find which one is causing an issue im having in game, and mod manager started to think each mod was invalid when attempting to re-enable. i deleted each and redownloaded, and now it thinks there are a bunch of unrecognised vpk's. so at some point it lost track of the state of which mod was which vpk, couldnt enable it, and couldnt delete it and results in unrecognised files.
